AI is the catalyst. The transformation is the work. The operating system is the result.
Catalys.ai exists for one kind of company: the growing one that wants AI to compound its growth, not sit bolted on top of its chaos.
Three things we hold to.
Pointed at a clear, structured business, it compounds. Pointed at chaos, it scales the chaos. So the work starts with the company, not the tools.
The companies that fired people for AI are quietly rehiring: they automated work they never understood. We understand the work first, let AI take what it should, and move people up.
Every goal, every person, every agent, measured on what it produces, not how busy it looks.
Built by someone who builds.
Catalys.ai was founded by Besmir Muka. His background is commercial: go-to-market and marketing strategy, with years spent inside leadership and management teams, and since 2018, hands-on experimentation with AI and automation inside modern companies. That mix is deliberate: the commercial engine is where most growing companies' growth lives, and it's where AI lands first.
Underneath it sits a process discipline: we map how work actually flows before we change it. And fluency in AI governance, for the companies that need it.
Everything on this site has been built and put to work inside real companies: in medical devices, dental, education, proptech, retail, and more.
An orchestrated partner, not a lone generalist.
No one person covers everything, and we don't pretend to. Catalys.ai brings the wide, integrative expertise, and orchestrates a curated network of specialists where depth is needed: AI regulation and compliance, process excellence, go-to-market execution, investor-side advisory. One accountable relationship; the right specialist on each front. The same orchestration we install in our clients' companies, practised in how we serve them.
Honest about the frontier.
AI-first organisation design is newly possible: the technology that makes it real matured only recently. So no, this isn't a decade-old playbook. But it doesn't float free either. It stands on the golden frameworks of organisation design, adapted to the new dynamics of an era where humans and AI agents work side by side, and on the best practice that the avant-garde companies and the leading research houses, from McKinsey to BCG, are experimenting with and sharing right now.
We work rigorously, measure on outcomes, and document what we learn as we go, openly, in Field Notes.
