Questions, asked straight.
What is an AI readiness assessment?
An AI readiness assessment is a short, structured review of how ready a company is to work with AI: its clarity of direction, its commercial and delivery engines, its people, finances, data and governance. Ours takes seven minutes and ends in one named constraint, not a maturity score.
What does the assessment cover?
Seven areas: clarity and direction, commercial, operations and delivery, innovation, leadership and people, finance and capital, and data, technology and governance. Twenty-one statements, each scored one to four, plus two questions on how deep AI use goes today and how it entered the business.
What do I get at the end?
A readiness picture across the seven areas, the one constraint most likely holding the rest back, and a concrete starting point: which function to redesign first and what to run there. Founders and leaders of companies with roughly 20 to 250 people get the most from it.
Is there a version for the whole leadership team?
Yes. The AI Readiness Sprint is the paid form: every leader takes the assessment alone, then in a half-day workshop the gaps between your answers become one constraint and one first move with an owner. A written Readiness Report follows within five working days.
